Mike and Erica have tied the knot! This was a very long time coming, I've been told. But I can't imagine these two any other way except getting married! They are an obvious perfect pair. They are both smart, cool and collected . . . and have very sophisticated beer taste. So pretty much a legit power couple. :P

The day began for me as Erica finished getting ready at the Chase Park Plaza, a beautiful setting for such a day.

I loved not only her dress and jewelry, but especially the elegant cape she used to keep warm.

Mike and the groomsmen waited for us, already ready, at Tower Grove Park for the first look!

It was quite gusty but an otherwise beautiful, mild fall day. You can tell there's a breeze in the photos, but I feel like all you really see is the awesomely big smiles!

 One fun group.

Jefferson Underground is such a unique gem that you wouldn't even suspect as a wedding venue from the outside. But inside and on the rooftop it's beautiful!

More gigantic smiles! Geesh, you two . . . ;)

 Husband and wife!

We had a little time to adventure about streetside after family photos, and it was really fun! Jefferson Underground has a gallery below where we were allowed to sneak in for photos as well.

I'm loving this lighting setup for groom photos!

Brick, rich wood tones, natural light, chalkboards . . . the reception style was on point.

After dinner, it was straight to dancing. No one was even certain what was coming next, and these two just waltzed right out onto the dance floor, and the band took the cue! It was honestly kind of perfect.

These two and their parents really knew how to make the first dances fun!

As Mike and his mother's dance came to a close, they beckoned the rest of the guests to join them on the dance floor! Then the party began, and our portion of the night soon came to a close.

Mike and Erica, congratulations!! This was one for the books, a beautiful day filled to the brim with genuine fun. I was honored to be there, and I wish the two of you the happiest of lives together going forward!
