Abby & Zach

Ahhh, Abby and Zach … . where do I even start? I honestly couldn’t stop myself from tearing up as I prepared this blog post. These two are so full of love and excitement to be married, and you can see it so visibly, so clearly in the photos. Just look at their facial expressions … even the funny ones, of which there are plenty!! What a day this was - busy from beginning to end, but amazing in every way. Every moment felt like a forever memory unfolding right in front of our eyes. This is the beginning of a beautiful life together, Abby and Zach, and I’m so honored that I was able to be the one to photograph it for you. Congratulations!!

A thousand thanks to my always amazing second shooter, Cash Murray!

Thank you also to the very talented vendors who were a big part of this day being so wonderful:

Megan & Sam

I’ve never shot two weddings back to back until the weekend of this one! But with the craziness of Covid at play, an open date was a very valuable thing. Megan and Sam had to have three wedding dates before it could finally happen, so there was no way I wasn’t going to make this work. I can tell you, though, I could not have been working with better people for that long weekend! Megan and Sam, and all of their family, are fun, encouraging, down-to-earth, kind, good people. I was so glad it all finally came together, and we had beautiful weather and a day that was chock-full of laughter! The Moolah Shrine made the perfect location for the entire day. Megan’s gown was stunning, and she glowed with happiness. I especially loved the chance to photograph them as a family of four, including the two kiddos, right after they tied the knot. We had a little time to head outside for night shots as well, one of my favorite things to do! Congratulations, Megan and Sam! This day was beautiful in every way, and I am so honored I got to be a part of it!

Thank you a million times to my amazing second shooter, Cash Murray.

Thank you also to all of the talented vendors who made the day possible:  Moolah Shrine, The Rhythm of the Nite on live music, Genesis Catering, Men’s Wearhouse, Mia Grace Bridal, Cleo Bridal (bridesmaids), Schnucks FloristLauren Nuemier on makeup, and April Pecaut on hair.

Liz & Clint - Married!

This was a beautiful day, one for the books! Liz and Clint are both artistic souls with encouraging spirits, and they could not wait to begin their life together! They got married on September 4th, a uniquely special day. You see, both of their sets of parents claim that day as an anniversary, which is incredible. Beyond that, though, on a date very near that date, her parents celebrated a vow renewal a few years ago, which I had the honor to photograph. Even more than that, September 4th happens to be my birthday. So to photograph this wedding, with this amazing couple, whose family I have cherished working with before, on a day special to everyone … well, it was life-giving. Thank you so much, Liz and Clint, for choosing me to be a part of this perfectly wonderful day! Congratulations on the beginning of your forever!!
